Donna Scott
The Artist

I am proud to be an artist because it allows me to speak to people through means other than my own words.

Early bird or night owl? Night Owl

Favorite color, and why: Red because it feels exciting and fun.

The deeper reds are actually are calming to me.

Body part you are learning to love and why? My butt because it is inherited from a long line of booty women that I love.

A unique thing about me: I spent years in the cosmetic industry as a sales and training executive and now spend most of my time talking to women about the fact that we need to get it from inside…..ahhh, the irony!

Thing I am most proud of: The Body Chronicles 2005, the first show I produced. My whole life had lead up to that one thing, and it’s been a jumping off point for me ever since.

My biggest struggle is accepting that even with all the meticulous planning in the world, something still might go awry, and I will just have to deal.

I feel strongest when I get the tingly/weirdo/fabulous feeling that I am on the right artistic path for the next big thing, whatever that may be…

Thing I want to scream out into the world the most right now: Let’s just all get along!
